We loved the T- shirt but needed the print for a cover for my husbands prosthetic leg. He was in an awful accident a year and lost a leg as a result. He is a Beatle Fanatic and we had to put them on his new leg. Thanks for the awesome art and it was the perfect size.

"Coast Guard City USA!" by Thom Zehrfeld
The "Coast Guard City" designation was established by Congress in 1998 to recognize cities where the United States Coast Guard are located. In order to qualify for that distinction, that city has to show support for Coast Guard personnel stationed there.
The particular Coast Guard City shown here is in Newport, Oregon. Newport boasts the biggest fishing fleet in Oregon. Fisherman go out in the Pacific Ocean in all weather conditions and times.
They value the support they get, very much from the Coast Guard if they should get into trouble at sea. The job of the Coast Guard can be extremely dangerous in high sea rescues.
This image has been converted to High Dynamic Range (HDR) by combining three different exposures to give the image more detail and color, and then incorporating a unique painted effect.
